TFWA has published the fourth edition of the TFWA Handbook, a comprehensive guide to the duty free and travel retail market that has proved to be an essential resource for members of the Association.
Developed in partnership with TFWA’s editorial and production partner The Moodie Davitt Report, the TFWA Handbook contains a range of statistics, definitions and practical information highlighting the key changes, challenges and opportunities within duty free and travel retail. It also features profiles of the major duty free operators, as well as a Comment & Analysis section with insights from industry leaders at some of the world’s largest travel retailers, airports, trade associations and media.
The TFWA Handbook looks at the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the duty free and travel retail industry, including 2019 sales and 2020 estimates plus figures and forecasts from ACI World, the UN World Tourism Organisation and the Pacific Asia Travel Association. The Handbook also includes a special report on the booming offshore duty free market on Hainan Island.
The TFWA Handbook is available to download from the Members section of TFWA.com.
“Since the first edition in 2014, the TFWA Handbook has proved to be a valuable resource for TFWA members. We trust that this year’s publication will offer insights into our market to newcomers and veterans alike, and that our members will find this a useful guide to travel retail today.” TFWA President Jaya Singh.
