SSP Group to enter 37th market with launch at Rome Termini Station, Italy

SSP Group, a leading operator of food and beverage outlets in travel locations worldwide, is working with Italian rail station operator, Grandi Stationi to open LEON, YO!, EXKi and Granaio at Rome Termini Station.

LEON serves ‘fast food but good food’, with a menu including wraps, rice boxes and burgers, inspired by Mediterannean cuisine. This opening marks the brand’s debut in Italy.

YO! will offer travellers ‘fresh, flavoursome, authentic Japenese food’, bringing their famous hand-rolled sushi, classic hot bowls, street food & innovative fusion dishes to Rome.

Italian casual dining concept, Granaio will serve classic Italian dishes with premium seating options for sit-down dining.

Meanwhile, for guests seeking healthy, gourmet dishes made with fresh and seasonal produce, EXKi will offer high quality and sustainable choices, freshly prepared each day. The menu includes hot dishes, soups and sandwiches based on seasonal ingredients.

All four outlets will begin operating in October 2023.
