Prosegur Change, a leading provider of foreign currency and financial services around the world, has secured a deal to offer a range of currency exchange services to Larnaca International Airport and Paphos International Airport in Cyprus.

The partnership with Hermes Airports, which manages the two airports, marks the first foray into the Cypriot market for Prosegur Change, the currency exchange division of one of the world’s leading cash services companies, Prosegur Cash S.A.

As a result of the agreement, Prosegur Change has opened four branches and four multi-currency ATMs at Larnaca International Airport, and one branch and one ATM at Paphos International Airport, each conveniently located for ease of access for all passengers.

Prosegur Change will offer a range of services at the airports, including fast travel cash and concessionaire banking to support other operators at both locations.

Prosegur Change’s stores offer foreign currency exchange in more than 50 currencies, and their conveniently located multi-currency ATMs can dispense up to nine major currencies. Prosegur Change’s unique branch design and highly professional staff will ensure a premium, streamlined experience.

Sacha Zackariya, CEO of Prosegur Change, said: “As our growth trajectory continues, this debut into the Cyprus market is the next step in our ambitious plans for expansion. The listing of Prosegur Cash S.A. on the Madrid Stock Exchange means our clients can be assured of our capability to sustain lasting partnerships and make continued investment into the business.

“Partnering with Cyprus’ busiest airports will allow us to demonstrate our ability to deliver exceptional passenger experiences in fast-paced environments. We look forward to working with Hermes Airport to further enhance the experience for travellers at both Larnaca and Paphos airports.”

Elias Liolios, Director of Commercial and Business Development at Hermes Airports, said: “Convenience for our passengers is among our priorities at Hermes Airports. We welcome Prosegur Change to Cyprus’ airports as this is an opportunity to further enhance the range of services available to our passengers, ensuring a seamless experience for all.”
